Welcome to the DocuHub AI Technical Writing Department interactive demonstration. This quickstart guide walks you through experiencing the demo in under two minutes.

What is DocuHub?

DocuHub coordinates five specialized AI agents to autonomously plan, author, review, edit, and export technical documentation suites:

  • 📐 Tim (Architect): Information Architecture & content planning.
  • 💻 Marcus (Developer Docs): APIs, SDKs, quickstarts, and code samples.
  • ✨ Cara (Product/UX Writer): Onboarding guides, UI copy, and release notes.
  • 📚 Garima (Knowledge Base): Troubleshooting playbooks and FAQs.
  • 🔍 Jake (Editorial & QA): Style guide enforcement and syntax validation.

⚡ 2-Minute Quickstart

Step 1: Open the 3D Workplace

Navigate to /office (or demo.docuhub.org). You will see all 5 specialists seated at their desks in the 3D office.

Step 2: Run the Scripted Demo

  1. In the top navigation bar, click the ⚡ Sprint Demo button.
  2. In the modal, click ▶ Run Full Scenario (9 Steps).
  3. Watch the automated real-time stream as:
    • Tim creates the Information Architecture plan.
    • Tasks are dispatched to Marcus, Cara, and Garima.
    • Drafts are passed to Jake for editorial and QA scoring.
    • Manager sign-off is completed.
  4. Toggle between Rendered Preview and Raw Markdown to view formatted docs or raw markdown.
  5. Click View in Content Library ↗ when the sprint finishes.

Step 3: Explore the Manager Suite

  • Click 📊 Workspace / Manager Suite at the top bar to explore:
    • Overview: Department health metrics and live activity stream.
    • Projects: Active technical documentation initiatives.
    • Kanban: Multi-agent assignment workflow board.
    • Reviews: Jake's editorial QA review queue with quality scores.
    • Content: Production-ready markdown pages and export suite.

Step 4: Export Deliverables

From the Content tab, click 📦 Export Suite in the top header to download combined Markdown suites, Mintlify manifests, or GitHub Pull Request payloads.
